As a valued member of Elderplan/HomeFirst, we want to remind you that we are just a phone call away. We are here to answer questions you might have about your own health care during the COVID-19 health crisis…and to assist you, should you have any challenges receiving the care you need.
In addition, to provide further support, we have included helpful tips for you as well as your caregivers. And, since many of us are experiencing a bit of cabin fever, and could use a little distraction, we have assembled a resource to keep you entertained and support your physical and emotional well-being while you stay home.
