Shop for Eligible Health and Wellness Items
Your plan includes a monthly OTC benefit that puts money on a prepaid card to spend on eligible health and wellness items you use every day.
Eligible members may have access to more. If you have a qualifying chronic condition, your OTC benefit may expand to cover additional everyday needs and expenses, including healthy foods, home-delivered meals, hearing aids and more.
How to use your card:
You can shop in person at participating pharmacies and retailers or online through your benefits portal at MyBenefitsCenter.com.
- Shopping In Store. Choose eligible items and use your OTC card at checkout. The cost of your eligible purchases will be automatically deducted from your available balance. If your purchase exceeds your available balance, you can pay the difference using another form of payment.
- Shopping Online: Visit a participating retailer’s website and select eligible items. At checkout, use your OTC card to pay up to your available balance. If your purchase exceeds your available balance, you can pay the difference using another form of payment.
