Understand Your Dental Benefits

Know What’s Covered and How to Use Your Benefits

Your dental benefit is provided through DentaQuest. For covered dental services, you’ll typically use a dentist in the DentaQuest network, and your Care Management Team can help you find a participating provider. If you need services from an out-of-network dentist, service authorization may be required before you receive care.
