Sometimes the help you need goes beyond doctor visits and prescriptions. As an Elderplan member, you have access to extra resources that can make everyday life easier — like assistance applying to programs to help walk you through your options.
We work with our partner, Senior Planning Services (SPS), to connect you with community programs and resources that are not part of your plan benefits. SPS can help you with things like:
- Applying for assistance programs, you may qualify for
- Understanding the paperwork or letters you have received about public assistance or benefit programs
- Talking through your or public benefits and options when you’re not sure where to start
