Exercise

The Soca for Seniors Dance Classes teaches the foundation of Caribbean dance while basking in the high vibrations of Soca music. This workshop allows folks to “free up themselves” or reduce stress while developing endurance, stamina, flexibility, coordination, and improving memory.
