Member-to-Member Community Guidelines

Our goal is to connect you with other members and make sure everyone feels safe, valued and supported.

So, we have a few guidelines for you to follow while interacting with other members of our community.

Be Kind.

All communication between members should be friendly and respectful. Differences of opinion are okay; personal attacks are not. Comments that are violent, threatening, abusive, sexually explicit, obscene, offensive, hateful, derogatory or are racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, will not be tolerated.

Be Respectful.

The information you choose to share is up to you but it is not protected HIPAA. If another member trusts you with their personal information, please do not share it on public forums or with other members. Bottom line, please remember to respect everyone’s privacy.

Be Engaged.

We hope you’ll make the most of the program by participating in group activities and one-on-one chats. Along the way, you may receive a phone survey asking for your feedback. We also want to encourage you to call us with your feedback and suggestions about any of the programs offered or any you would like to see offered. We will use this information to help make improvements to our program.

Be Aware.

No solicitations of any kind will be permitted.

If you violate these guidelines, your participation in the Member-to-Member program will be terminated.
