How do I join the Member-to-Member Community?

  1. Join online today using our secure and simple application.
  2. Join by email download and fill out the application form and email it to [email protected].
  3. Join by phone by calling our Member-to-Member hotline at 1-347-254-7700 (TTY: 711), 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
  4. Join by mail download and fill out the application form and mail it to:

Are there any application requirements for the Member-to-Member community?

You must be an Elderplan/HomeFirst member to participate. Learn how to become a member.

What is a virtual event and what technology is required?

Virtual events are events held online instead of in person.

To attend one of our Member-to-Member events, you will need a PC or Mac using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. However, for the full experience, you may want to install Microsoft Teams on your PC/Mac. If joining from an Apple or Android mobile device, you must install the Microsoft Teams mobile app from Apple or Android, prior to joining your meeting.

While having Microsoft Teams installed improves the event experience, events are joined by clicking the calendar link on our events page, which in turn will open Microsoft Teams. Members (or their families) will never need to open Microsoft Teams directly after installation.

Fill out the secure online application in a few easy steps. Start with your Elderplan or HomeFirst Member ID. This is the number next to Member ID on your Elderplan Benefits Card. Then we will ask questions about you and your interests.
