CDPAP and PPL

Public Partnership LLC (PPL) manages the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP). To receive services, you and your personal care assistant(s) will need to register with PPL.

Assistance is Available

PPL has agents and translators ready to support you in multiple languages. To register or for assistance, you can:

  1. Call: PPL’s support center is a phone call away at 1-833-247-5346 (TTY: 1-833-204-9042) or
  2. Register Online: You can set up a PPL@Home account by visiting PPL’s website. Start Registration. or
  3. Work with an approved facilitator, such as an Independent Living Center (ILC), who can guide you through registration. Browse the list of Department of Health-approved CDPAP facilitators.
  4. Attend an in-person or virtual session to have a dedicated experience. See upcoming opportunities here.
