About Us

Elderplan provides quality and affordable Medicare Advantage and long-term care plans for New Yorkers.

As a not-for-profit health plan, founded right here in New York more than 35 years ago, our primary objective is ensuring that members of our community receive the care and support they deserve.

Elderplan offers a variety of Medicare Advantage plans tailored to fit the changing needs of Medicare and dual Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries at every level of health.

And we know what is important to you…

Such as plans with no monthly premiums, $0 co-pays for in-person or telehealth primary care and specialist doctor visits, an over-the-counter (OTC) benefit for health-related and grocery items, free transportation to medical appointments, free gym membership and so much more! Plus the added benefit of being able to join the Member-to-Member Community.

Long-standing History and Roots in New York City

Elderplan is a member of MJHS Health System, founded by Four Brooklyn Ladies in 1907 based on the core values of compassion, dignity and respect.

Honoring Diversity

Elderplan is proud to care for people of every race, ethnicity, faith, national origin, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation or military status.

Helping to keep our members safe and healthy has always been our priority. That’s why we’ve expanded our telehealth benefits, so you can see a doctor from the comfort and safety of your own home. And all of our staff members and Benefits Advisors follow CDC guidelines for infection control.
